By booking transportation services with JSR Executive Transportation, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

All reservations are subject to vehicle availability, chauffeur availability, weather conditions, traffic conditions, and operational limitations.

JSR Executive Transportation reserves the right to substitute vehicles when necessary to maintain service quality and operational efficiency.

Clients are responsible for all additional charges including but not limited to wait time, parking, tolls, damages, cleaning fees, additional stops, and itinerary changes.

Smoking, illegal substances, and unsafe behavior are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.

JSR Executive Transportation reserves the right to terminate service without refund if passenger conduct compromises safety, violates company policy, or damages company property.
