Damage & Cleaning Policy
Passengers are responsible for any damages caused to vehicles during the course of service.
Cleaning fees may apply for excessive messes, spills, stains, smoking, bodily fluids, or any condition requiring professional cleaning or vehicle downtime.
Damage charges may include repair costs, cleaning costs, service interruption losses, and administrative fees.
Smoking and illegal substances are strictly prohibited in all vehicles operated by JSR Executive Transportation.
Passengers may be held financially responsible for any intentional or negligent damage caused during transportation service.
JSR Executive Transportation reserves the right to refuse service if passenger conduct presents a safety or liability concern.
